Frequently Asked Question
The kits primarily use natural soy wax. It's a renewable resource, burns cleanly and slowly, and is biodegradable, making it an excellent choice for an eco-friendly and enjoyable candlemaking experience.
Yes. The kits are designed with safety in mind. The wax is natural, and the wicks are cotton-based and lead-free. We recommend adult supervision for younger users and encourage everyone to craft in a well-ventilated area and follow all included safety instructions.
The kits are complete, but you can often use your own heat-safe containers. For fragrances, it's best to use oils designed for candle making, as the type and amount used can significantly affect how the candle burns.
We rigorously quality-check all products, but defects can rarely happen. Please contact our After-Sales Support team immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will swiftly send a replacement or provide a refund.
Note: Work in a well-ventilated space. Keep melted wax away from open flames; adult supervision is required for children. Do not overheat wax, and follow the included instructions for safe, easy candle crafting.
